I don’t really think of myself as a “real estate investor.” Here’s why…

A little while back, before Andy McFarland and I were coaching partners together, I visited Andy out in Utah and sat down to “talk shop” with him.

Let’s just say the conversation got personal…  and we dug into a lot of the “day to day” things I do in my business and my personal life…

  • How to balance your time between learning and taking action, and when to focus on each…
  • How to build rock-solid connections with wholesalers…
  • What I do when I need to figure something out (I don’t start reading books or researching online)…
  • Why I don’t think of myself as a “real estate investor” first and foremost…
  • How I work with and manage my team (so that THEY can be successful)…
  • What I’m going to teach my kids about work and earning money…
  • The one question I seek to answer every day…

And a ton of other things!  Honestly, this visit was a lot of fun… and Andy and his brother Jason did a great job putting the video together!   🙂  And there’s a LOT more where this came from… Andy has put up a ton of fun and insightful videos on his site, ILoveRealEstateStories.com.  Check it out!
